លោក នេត្រ ភក្ត្រា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងព័ត៌មាន បានថ្លែងថា គួរឱ្យចុកចាំមិនត្រូវលើកឡើងតែភាពពិការរបស់ជនមានពិការភាព ប៉ុន្តែត្រូវបង្ហាញសមត្ថភាពរបស់ពួកគេ។ ក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលាកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោកបានលើកឡើងពីការរើសអើងជនមានពិការភាព និងស្របគ្នាព្រមានាតាមគោលនយោបាយរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាល។ ការបញ្ចូលជនពិការអាចជៀសរេសឡើងបានតាមការផ្តល់ការងារទៅឱ្យពួកគេ។

លោករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក៏បានជំរុញអ្នកសារព័ត៌មានឱ្យផ្សព្វផ្សាយព័ត៌មានស្ដីពីភាពស្មហាមរលើជនមានពិការភាព។ ក្រសួងព័ត៌មានមានតួនាទីពិសេសក្នុងការចូលរួម និងផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់ជនមានពិការភាព, ជាឧទាហរណ៍មានមន្ត្រីពិការ ៥៩រូបក្នុងក្រសួង។ ជនមានពិការភាពបានបង្ហាញសមត្ថភាពក្នុងស្រុកកម្ពុជាវិញផងដែរ។

Minister Neth Pheaktra from the Ministry of Information emphasizes the importance of recognizing the capabilities of individuals with disabilities, rather than focusing solely on their disabilities. During a seminar on October 14, 2025, he discussed the government's anti-discrimination policies and how they plan to integrate people with disabilities into the workforce. Highlighting opportunities for them, he noted that the ministry employs 59 individuals with disabilities, who actively contribute to the information sector in Cambodia.

The minister encouraged journalists to write more about disability awareness and promote positive interactions. He underscored the significant role the Ministry plays in facilitating inclusive policies. This approach not only aids individuals with disabilities but showcases their potential within Cambodian society.
